The privacy statement applies to information we collect from channels such as homannsberget.no and digital user services provided by us.

Collection and delivery of information

a) Customer relationship management
When creating a customer relationship, we will process information that is necessary to manage customer relationships. This is to provide you with benefits or relevant services (GDPR Article 6 No. 1 letter b and f).

This means that the contact information is stored in a customer register that is available to the company.

The information that is registered is name and gender, address and e-mail address, as well as mobile number and date of birth. In addition, the services and products you have purchased will be listed.

b) Consent to receive advice and offers
In order to give you relevant advice and offers, we need your consent. Consent means that information related to your customer relationship can be used to send newsletters and content tailored information. Homannsberget can use the information for marketing in external channels, such as on Facebook and Google.

c) Consent to share information with partners
If you accept this, we may share information related to your membership with partners. They can then give you customized offers if you contact them. The information we can share is contact information and the type of membership you have. 

Consent to the processing of your personal data is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time. Please note that consent will apply to all services and products where the processing of the information has the same purpose. This means that if you use a service, we may use the information for marketing purposes.

Custom surveys
Once you have been in contact with us, we may send you a survey to ask you how you experienced the conversation (GDPR Article 6 No. 1 f). In this way we learn how to improve. Responding to the survey is voluntary. If you do not want to participate, do not answer the survey.

Anonymization

Insights
Everyone who is registered in Homannsberget's systems has the right to access their own information.

Correction and deletion
You have the right to change or delete incorrect, incomplete or unnecessary information.

Homannsberget does not store information longer than necessary. This depends on the customer relationship you have with us. Some customer relationships mean that it is useful to store the information for a certain period, in other relationships the information is deleted. Requests for access, correction and deletion will be answered continuously and no later than within 30 days.

Portabillity
